Agreement

By enrolling in a Nipunova course or using this website you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not enrol.

What we provide

Nipunova delivers live online courses over a scheduled number of weeks. Each course page states the duration, the number of live sessions, the schedule, and what is included. Live classes are delivered over Google Meet. Recordings, slides and worksheets are made available in your student dashboard.

Your account

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. Course access is personal to you. Sharing your login, recordings or course materials with anyone who has not enrolled is a breach of these terms and may result in your access being withdrawn without refund.

Payment

Fees are shown in Indian Rupees and are payable in full before the course begins, unless we have agreed an instalment plan with you in writing. Payments are processed by Razorpay. Your enrolment is confirmed once payment succeeds.

Schedule changes

We may occasionally need to move a class. If we do, we will give you as much notice as we can by email and WhatsApp, and the session will be rescheduled within the same batch. If we cancel a batch entirely, you receive a full refund or a transfer to the next batch, whichever you prefer.

Attendance and certificates

Certificates are issued to students who attend at least 75% of live sessions and submit the required assignments. Your dashboard shows your standing against both criteria throughout the course.

Conduct

Live classes are shared spaces. We ask that you keep discussion civil and on topic. We reserve the right to remove a participant who is abusive or disruptive, without refund.

Intellectual property

Course materials, slides, worksheets and recordings remain the property of Nipunova. You may use them for your own learning and your own work. You may not resell, republish or redistribute them.

Limitation of liability

We teach skills and tools; we do not guarantee any specific business, employment or financial outcome. Our total liability to you is limited to the fees you paid for the course in question.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Kollam, Kerala.
