Nipunova teaches practical digital and AI skills to working adults — the ones who run something, manage someone, and were never taught this in school.
Why we started
There is a particular kind of quiet difficulty that shows up after about thirty-five. Work assumes you can do things nobody ever taught you — build a spreadsheet, run a meeting online, get your business found on a map, and now use AI without embarrassing yourself. Nobody explains it, and asking feels worse each year.
Meanwhile the courses on offer are written for twenty-two-year-old engineers. They open with jargon, move at the pace of someone who already knows, and treat a question asked twice as a failure. So capable, experienced people conclude they are “not technical” — when the truth is that nobody taught them properly.
Nipunova exists for exactly that gap. We teach the same skills, at a different pace, to a different person, in plain language and always anchored to work you actually do.
How we teach
Live, always. Every class is taught in real time on Google Meet. You can interrupt, ask, share your screen and be corrected. Recorded courses are cheaper to run and much easier to abandon in week two.
Small batches. Fifteen to twenty-five students, never more. Above that, the quiet people stop asking questions, and the quiet people are usually the ones who need the answer.
Your own work as the material. You do not practise on a fictional case study. You bring your real emails, your real spreadsheet, your real business — and you leave each session with that thing improved.
Repetition without judgement. Our instructors are hired for patience as much as expertise. Asking the same question a third time is normal here and is treated as normal.
What we will not do
We do not promise that a course will get you a job, double your revenue, or make you an expert in eight weeks. We teach specific, useful skills and we are precise about what each one covers. Anyone guaranteeing an outcome that depends on your market, your effort and your luck is selling something else.
We also do not pad a programme to make it look substantial. If a topic can be taught properly in eight weeks, it gets eight weeks.
