Who we are

Nipunova ("we", "us") runs live online courses in practical digital and AI skills. This policy explains what personal information we collect, why we collect it, and what you can ask us to do with it.

What we collect

When you enrol or register: your name, email address, phone number, and the courses and batches you sign up for.

When you pay: the amount, the payment status, and the transaction identifiers returned by Razorpay. We never receive or store your full card number, CVV, UPI PIN or net-banking credentials — those are handled entirely by Razorpay.

While you learn: your class attendance, assignment submissions, progress and certificates.

When you contact us: whatever you choose to put in a demo request, contact form or WhatsApp message.

Automatically: basic analytics about page visits. Analytics only load after you accept them.

Why we collect it

To deliver the course you paid for, to issue receipts and certificates, to answer your questions, to send you class reminders and material updates, and to meet our legal and tax obligations.

We do not sell your personal information. We do not share it with advertisers.

Who we share it with

Only the service providers we need to run the platform: our payment processor (Razorpay), our email provider, our hosting provider, and Google Meet for the live classes. Each of them receives only what they need for that specific job.

How long we keep it

Enrolment, payment and certificate records are kept for eight years, as required for tax and accreditation purposes. Marketing enquiries that do not convert are deleted after two years. You can ask us to delete your account data at any time, subject to those legal retention requirements.

Your rights

You can ask us to show you the data we hold about you, correct anything wrong, delete your account, or stop sending you marketing email. Write to the support email on our Contact page and we will respond within 30 days.

Security

Passwords are stored hashed, never in plain text. The site is served over HTTPS. Access to the admin dashboard is restricted and logged.

Changes

If we change this policy we will update the date below and, for significant changes, email enrolled students.
